Please read these terms carefully before using our services

By using SecureShip Logistics’ website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. SecureShip Logistics provides air, express, and sea shipping, as well as island-wide delivery from the U.S. to Jamaica. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with customs regulations, and ensuring that packages do not contain prohibited items such as firearms, narcotics, perishable goods, or counterfeit products. Our standard air shipping rate is $750 JMD per pound, with larger shipments billed according to weight. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in shipping costs and must be paid by the customer. We ship four times weekly, and while we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by customs, weather, or third parties are beyond our control. Once your package arrives in Jamaica, you’ll receive a WhatsApp or email notification for pickup or delivery. Unclaimed packages after 30 days may incur storage fees or be discarded. SecureShip Logistics is not liable for loss or damage resulting from third-party handling or customs interference; claims must be reported within 48 hours with proof. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a package is in transit. We collect and use customer data solely for business purposes, such as communication, billing, and tracking, and never share information with unauthorized parties.
